Makhana strawberry fruit custard🍓🍇🍌

A naturally creamy and nutritious fruit custard made with makhana, nuts, milk, and fresh fruits. No custard powder or refined sugar perfect for kids and toddlers.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Makhana (fox nuts)

• 1 cup milk

• 10–12 Almond

• 12–15 Cashew

• 4–5 Strawberry

• ½ cup mixed chopped fruits (banana, apple, mango, grapes, etc.)

Method

1. Roast the makhana

Dry roast the makhana on low flame until crisp.

2. Soak

Add the roasted makhana to warm milk along with almonds and cashews. Let it soak for about 10–15 minutes until soft.

3. Blend

Add strawberries to the soaked mixture and grind into a smooth, creamy paste.

4. Add fruits

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add finely chopped mixed fruits.

5. Serve

Mix gently and serve fresh. You can chill it slightly for older kids.
